Summary
Sweetsmith was producing the best handmade candies and we saw an opportunity to turn social media into a real growth channel, not just a place to post. By implementing a structured content strategy and aligning creative direction across organic and paid, we focused on driving both brand awareness and measurable traffic to their online store.
Challenge
Before partnering with us content was being posted sporadically, just a to post without any real strategy or purpose behind it. There wasn’t a consistent approach to growth, and their organic channels weren’t driving the level of visibility or traffic the brand was capable of.
In a category where attention is everything, there was a clear gap between the strength of the product and how often it was being seen.
The opportunity was to build a system that could amplify it.
