From no marketing system to a full growth engine—viral TikTok traction, national press (CBC), 50K+ organic views, and a complete overhaul of their website, messaging, and acquisition funnel.
Summary
Elements Athletics came to us in the early stages of growth with a strong vision but no marketing structure to support it.
We stepped in as a fractional partner to build the foundation for their flagship product Mic'd Up, leading their digital go-to-market strategy across content, website, and acquisition. From launching new channels to refining their messaging and funnels, our focus was on creating a system that could support long-term growth.
Challenge
Before working together, Elements Athletics had no dedicated marketing infrastructure.
As a very early stage startup, growth was driven primarily by the founders, who were managing marketing alongside everything else. While there was clear potential, there was no consistent strategy, no defined channels, and no system in place to generate attention, traffic, or demand at scale.
Without a strong foundation, it was difficult to build momentum or create predictable growth. The brand needed direction, structure, and ownership across its entire marketing ecosystem.
Solutions
From launching their TikTok presence to overseeing website strategy, messaging, SEO, and funnel development, we focused on creating a cohesive and high-performing marketing engine.
The result:
Launched TikTok and generated viral views within the first few months
Secured a CBC press feature, driving significant awareness, interest, and sales
Generated 50K+ organic views across social platforms
Led 3 full website redesigns, including messaging, positioning, and funnel strategy
Built and managed their SEO and Google funnel to support long-term acquisition
By establishing the right foundation early, Elements Athletics was able to move from inconsistent effort to structured, scalable growth—setting the stage for continued expansion.
